A Trio!

Today I got to photograph some of the cutest kids..Again!  The oldest could be a model..she's very "professional" when she's being photographed!  The middle man is very photogenic.  He's a little turkey with his mischievous smile.  Let's not forget little man, the Baby!  He's not much of a baby anymore.  He was so small the last time I took his pictures.  Time sure does fly by!  A very fun shoot to say the least!! :)

Country Bath

Britnie brought her littlest over today to photograph him in the tub!  The Country Bath theme is stinkin' cute!  I can't wait to use it on some other little ones! :) 

Nathan continued.....

I got to finish shooting the pictures of baby Nathan with his family yesterday.  It went good..he was a lot less fussy.  Turns out he likes having clothes on :)  I tried out some of my new poses.  Some worked and some didn't.  He was to wiggly for some of them.  Newborns are fun to photograph! :)

Baby Nathan!

Yesterday afternoon I got to do some pictures of Baby Nathan!  I was really excited about this!  We are finishing the rest of the shoot today since Daddy will be home :)  He did NOT like being naked!  The poor little guy was not happy! :(  But we were able to calm him down long enough to get some cute shots.  I also got to try out some new props! :)  I can't wait to do the rest today since I have some new poses I'm going to introduce!

I'm loving the new cocoon and can't wait for Britnie to make me some more! :)

Use your resources!  Sometimes you can get some really good pictures just using things around their room!

I'm still waiting on a lot of props to come in the mail!  I'm so impatient! :)

Studio Props

I've gone crazy buying supplies and things to use in the studio.  I will remain doing simple things since busy photos do NOT appeal to me at all.  I have purchased a few things from Ebay to use on baby Nathan when he comes.  I went to Michaels and bought some supplies to make another prop that will remain a surprise until I get to test it out on Nathan.  I still have a few more things I want to pick up for other props and I have this little bench I'm going to spray paint white for smaller children! :)  The best thing about all of my props is that they can be used in the studio as well as outside.  I'm really looking forward to using these in upcoming shoots.

Growing Belly

My first Belly shoot of 2010.  It was a lot of fun capturing these pictures of this beautiful woman!  On a cold winter day we squeezed in some pictures before baby Nathan makes his way into the world!

Studio Fun

I told myself I would stay as far away from doing studio work when I left Sears. Mother Nature is taking over and we are in the winter months. I can't expect a Mommy to strip her beautiful new baby naked in 30 degree weather :) So here I am, doing the studio thing again! On the plus side I can do my own thing. My imagination can run as wild as I would like it to and I have no one telling me "No, you can't do that!" So Mother Nature you do your thing cause I'm enjoying myself right now! :)
